Salinas Police Officers responded to the 600 block of Pima Circle for a victim of a shooting.  Officers arrived on scene and they made conatct with an 18-year old male victim who was shot in the upper torso.  Another male juvenile was with the victim but was not injured.  The victim was transported to a local hospital and was listed in serious but stable condition.
